Sightseeing at Thimpu

Wake up early, have your breakfast and get ready to explore the alluring Thimpu. You will start your sightseeing by visiting the iconic Memorial Chorten. It is a splendid architecture built in the memory of the late king Jigme Dorji Wangchuck, the third king of Bhutan. Situated in the middle of Thimpu, it is the only Chorten which does not preserve any human remains.
